Job Title: Business Development Manager - Fluid Fill Systems

At A.A. Anderson & Co., Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue for our fluid fill systems products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of fluid fill systems and their applications.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and vendors to drive sales growth.
  • Plan and execute sales call schedules to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and technical support teams to propose improvements and cost reductions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects.
  • Project manage sales activities, including proposal preparation and closing.
  • Participate in developing short-term and long-term sales plans to meet or exceed management-approved sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of sales and technical experience in the automotive, recreational, or non-standard vehicle industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a project-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Product knowledge of fill systems, controls, or fluid handling equipment.
Physical Requirements:
  • The ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
