Manager In Training Program

The Manager In Training program at The Hertz Corporation provides hands-on training in key areas such as Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. The role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operations and sales activities
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies
  • Manage fleet maintenance and inventory
  • Lead and develop a team of employees
  • Support the achievement of sales goals and customer service excellence

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Strong computer skills and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
