About the Role
  • Oversee all on-site activities for ground-up construction projects.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely material deliveries.
  • Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality control.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solve on-site challenges and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation and reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction in the Building and Construction Industry.
  • Proven track record managing projects in Connecticut.
  • No more than 2 Jobs in the last 5 years.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local building codes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling, subcontractor management, and on-site supervision.
