Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Manager to join our team at Edison Power Constructors. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing work processes to ensure timely delivery of project updates, leading a team in managing projects with significant annual revenue, and developing strategic plans to optimize the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage work processes to ensure timely delivery of project updates, including workbook updates, lockdown schedules, job costs, change orders, job documents, and WIP reports to clients.
  • Lead a team in managing projects with an annual revenue of $1 million, ensuring financial and operational milestones are met.
  • Develop and refine team procedures to optimize the project life cycle from work authorization through invoicing.
  • Create strategic plans and visual displays to facilitate schedule planning, production, and revenue forecasting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5+ years overseeing projects with significant annual revenue.
  • Familiarity with managing utilities and dealing directly with tenants and clients.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to different jobsites in Northern California.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient with construction management software and tools, including B2B, PGE Workbook, PlanGrid, MS Project, Revit, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Excel (expert level), AutoCAD, and more.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, including material ordering and inventory management.
Personal Attributes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
