Project Manager

As a Project Manager - Service Transformation at ShiftCode Analytics, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. You will be accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. Your primary goal will be to develop a project plan and drive project milestones, ensuring effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders. You will also provide day-to-day direction to project resources, identify, document, report, and track system issues, and ensure effective change management throughout the project. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing documentation, status reports, and budgets. This role requires excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills. You will also need specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and smart sheets. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role is required.
About the Team:
The Director of PMO leads the Service Transformation department, which is part of the Customer Operations team. The team's focus is on customer-centric programs, and they are currently working on contextual interactions and bilingual capabilities. The team is also responsible for ensuring agreements are in sync across the company.
Key Projects:
This role will be assigned to one or two tracks within each program. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the project, and you will work closely with them to ensure the project's success.
Typical Day in the Role:
Your typical day will involve following up on project progress, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, and making adjustments as needed. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, developing and implementing project plans, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Work Arrangements:
This role is based in Stamford, with the possibility of working from other locations, such as CLT or Denver. The work hours are flexible, and you will be expected to work onsite, with occasional remote work possible.
Salary Expectations:
The salary for this role is competitive, and you will have the opportunity to discuss your expectations with the hiring manager. The role is temporary, but there is potential for conversion to a permanent position in the future.

The interview process will consist of a phone screen with the hiring manager and an onsite interview with the Director of PMO. The interview will assess your skills, experience, and fit for the role, as well as your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the team.
