Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our Upgrade Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large programs or portions of very complex programs, directing and coordinating the work activities of the project team.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering Management and Scheduling, to ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage and communicate changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and alignment.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Represent the organization on projects, performing in project leadership roles and ensuring technical feasibility.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Project or Program Management experience, with a focus on technical projects.
  • Experience with Public Safety communications systems, Military communications, Civil construction, or IT Networks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google, with experience in CPQ and Salesforce a plus.
  • PMP certification highly desired, with PM Masters Certificate a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives.
