Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Essel, a leader in construction, engineering, and emergency response workforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, specifically in the construction space, and be comfortable visiting active construction sites and apartment buildings within the Bay Area.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Introducing our value proposition to senior representatives and setting up meetings to provide construction projects with skilled trades, labor, and safety support
  • Building relationships with active superintendents and project teams
  • Meeting or exceeding sales metrics for meetings, contacts, and proposals

Requirements

  • Ability to be comfortable and assertive during site visits
  • Discipline in follow-up, follow-through, and focus on providing value to clients
  • Attending tradeshows, conventions, networking events, and other events to network with others
  • Understanding the importance of staying relevant without being pushy
  • Candidates with a growth mindset and a history of success in sales are encouraged to apply
