Food and Beverage Coordinator

Lotte New York Palace is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our team.
**Job Summary:**
The Food and Beverage Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Food and Beverage department.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences
* Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and employee certifications
* Assist with purchasing and receiving of food and beverage supplies
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements:**
* Previous administrative experience required
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, supervisors, and general employees
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
**Working Conditions:**
* Work is performed in a fast-paced hotel environment
* Must be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
**Hourly Rate:**
$32.99
**Requirements:**
* Previous administrative experience required
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, supervisors, and general employees
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
