Food and Beverage Operations Manager

At IHMS LLC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong leader who can oversee day-to-day operations within our luxury property's food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Control and maintain revenue and payroll budgets while ensuring cost-effective organizational skills.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline to employees to ensure their capability to meet guest needs.
- Cleverly schedule employees to meet operational needs while minimizing overtime and ensuring accurate payroll execution.
- Ensure the availability of resources, including labor, equipment, and products.
- Complete all administrative tasks and reports.
- Promote a positive and respectful work environment.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food and beverage and/or a luxury restaurant.
- Previous experience in a union environment is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Full knowledge of food, wine, inventory management, and food and beverage cost maintenance.
- Ability to oversee luxury property operations, including training and maintaining luxury products and standards.
- Self-starter with the propensity to achieve business goals.
- Strong people and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Must have good manual dexterity to handle kitchen equipment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
- Must have good vision and be able to effectively communicate with staff and guests.
