About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our food and beverage outlets, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls and emails in accordance with Four Seasons Standards
- Assist with calls for the Food & Beverage Division
- Maintain files, schedules, and calendars for management members of the Food & Beverage Division
- Coordinate, set and confirm interviews and appointments
- Assist in completing special projects, including mailings, competitive surveys, menus, and other assigned duties
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Support the Food & Beverage Management team in sourcing products, creating vendors and PO's, and tracking deliveries
- Assist with local printing, including buffet labels, recipes, special event menus, and guest requests
- Assist in taking reservations for all special events
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a coordinator role or related position with Four Seasons or other organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the leadership team, colleagues, and vendors
- Ability to operate computer equipment, including UniFocus, ADP, and Open Table systems
- Competitive hourly rate of $30-$33 per hour
