Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator

Major Food Group LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily service and events at our restaurants.
Responsibilities:- Operational Support: Assist the Restaurant Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Event Coordination Support: Assist the Restaurant Managers and events department in planning and executing in-house and off-premise events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
- Internal Team Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact between Restaurant Managers, kitchen, FOH, the events department, and external vendors, ensuring that all operational and event-related details are clearly communicated and flawlessly executed.
- On-the-Ground Execution: Provide on-the-ground support during both daily service and events, ensuring that operations run according to plan and guest experiences meet the restaurant's high standards.
- Administrative and General Support: Provide administrative support to the Restaurant Managers, including managing calendars, communicating with clients, and preparing reports.
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or a similar role, ideally with event coordination experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with both internal teams, including the events department, and clients.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards are met consistently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with general office software and event management tools.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic situations.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering top-tier guest experiences.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
