Position Overview:

Aquent is seeking a talented Color Material Finish Designer to contribute to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product designs and illustrations for various programs, including custom and partnership initiatives.
  • Create engaging, narrative-driven color palettes that resonate with target audiences.
  • Compile and produce meticulous production documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Prepare presentations for executive-level review and feedback.
  • Evaluate hardware samples, including product components and color chips, providing constructive feedback.
  • Assess color and hardware renders for e-commerce and packaging applications.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive archive documentation.
  • Support ongoing production efforts with consistent and clear documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related discipline, or 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to generate creative solutions and designs under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skilled in creating compelling patterns and illustrations.
  • Exceptional attention to color and detail.
  • Experience with 3D design software, such as Keyshot or similar applications.

Compensation: The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.14 to $53.49 an hour, based on various factors including education and relevant work experience.
