Our Mission
We aim to build a state-of-the-art creative studio infrastructure by leveraging the expertise of our existing A/V production team to form a new, independent A/V Finishing Team. This strategic initiative will enhance our ability to produce and finalize A/V content with greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Role Overview
We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic A/V finishing professional to help shape the future of our projects. The selected candidate will oversee the finishing and post-production processes for A/V marketing materials associated with Amazon MGM Studios' original films and series.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational elements of video projects (including trailers, TV spots, promos, and sizzles) from start to finish, ensuring alignment with campaign timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop schedules, allocate resources, estimate timeframes, and monitor costs and project completion criteria.
  • Support the creation of motion graphic A/V kits in collaboration with agencies, requiring deep familiarity with brand identity elements such as audio cues, colors, shapes, fonts, and logos.
  • Facilitate necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain effective processes, procedures, and tracking systems to ensure timely and budget-compliant video deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress, delays, and budget impacts.
  • Possess a strong understanding of A/V formats, localization, post-production, asset management, servicing, and trafficking.
  • Manage footage distribution to external post-production vendors, dubbing studios, and agencies.
  • Define project scopes and secure estimates from external partners.
  • Provide creative feedback to agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct quality control on video files prior to final release.
  • Deliver final files to both internal and external partners as required.
  • Assist in the localization of assets for various territories for simultaneous global marketing releases, including graphics, subtitles, and dubbing as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project needs and ensure the efficient development and delivery of video assets.
  • Regularly communicate project priorities and deadlines to marketing and creative teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering a high volume of video assets to external partners is essential.

A Day in the Life
The role of the A/V Finishing Producer is to provide structure and consistency in a dynamic environment. Managing trailer and TV finishing requires foresight, regular check-ins, and adaptability to recent changes. Collaboration with the core team and maintaining close communication with vendors are critical components of this role.

About the Team
The A/V finishing team is part of the Creative Services division, which encompasses various creative and technical disciplines that collectively support Amazon MGM Studios' marketing and content initiatives. This diverse group of industry professionals specializes in A/V and static art production, asset management, digital archiving, and a range of marketing services, delivering impactful assets for a global audience.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative services.
- At least 3 years of experience in the entertainment, branding, or production sectors.
- Familiarity with workflows in marketing, production, or creative departments.
- Experience working with creative or advertising agencies, networks, streaming services, or studios.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale, global creative campaigns.
- Knowledge of asset management and design workflows, as well as collaboration with creative teams.
