Role Overview
To enhance our best-in-class creative studio infrastructure, we are establishing a new, independent A/V Finishing Team. This strategic initiative will enable us to produce and finalize A/V content with greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

We are in search of a seasoned A/V finishing professional to help shape our future. The individual in this role will oversee the finishing and post-production processes for A/V marketing materials related to Amazon MGM Studios' original films and series.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all operational facets of video projects (trailers, TV spots, promos, sizzles, etc.) from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables align with campaign timelines and budget while adhering to content security protocols.
- Develop schedules, assess resource needs, estimate timeframes, and track costs and project completion requirements.
- Collaborate with agencies to create motion graphic A/V kits and other A/V assets for campaigns, leveraging deep expertise in Brand-ID elements such as audio mnemonics, colors, shapes, fonts, and lines.
- Secure necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the team establishes and maintains effective processes, procedures, forms, and job tracking to keep video deliverables on schedule and within budget.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues, consistently updating stakeholders on progress, delays, or budget implications.
- Exhibit fluency in A/V formats, with a solid understanding of localization, post-production, asset management, servicing, and trafficking.
- Manage footage for external post vendors, dubbing studios, and agencies.
- Define the scope of work and obtain estimates from external agency partners.
- Provide creative feedback to agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct quality control on video files before final release to end users.
- Deliver final files to internal and external partners as necessary.
- If needed, oversee the localization of assets for multiple territories for global marketing releases, including graphics, subtitling, and dubbing.
- Collaborate proactively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of video assets.
- Offer regular feedback to marketing and creative teams to establish project priorities and communicate milestones and deadlines.
- Experience in managing and delivering a large volume of video assets to external partners is essential.

A Day in the Life
The role of the A/V Finishing Producer is to provide structure and consistency in a dynamic environment. Managing trailer and TV finishing requires foresight, regular check-ins, and responsiveness to recent changes. Collaboration with the core team and maintaining close communication with vendors is crucial, as is providing clear instructions. Budgeting and timeline management are integral parts of the role.

About the Team
The A/V finishing team is part of the Creative Services team, which encompasses various divisions across multiple creative and technical disciplines. This talented and diverse group of industry experts specializes in A/V and static art production, asset management, digital archiving, and a variety of marketing services. They work on the most visible studio marketing materials, delivering exciting assets for a global audience.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in creative services.
- 3+ years of experience in entertainment, brand, or production entities.
- Understanding of workflows within marketing, production, or creative departments.
- Experience working with creative or advertising agencies, networks, streaming services, or studios.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale, global creative campaigns.
- Knowledge of asset management, design workflows, or collaboration with creative teams.
