Talent Acquisition Specialist:

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist who is a proactive self-starter to play a vital role on the People and Culture team. This position will involve supporting interview scheduling, sourcing candidates, onboarding processes, and providing administrative assistance to the People Team. Additionally, this role will collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment needs, source a diverse candidate pool, and manage the hiring process to secure top talent for their teams. This specialist should be detail-oriented, passionate about talent acquisition, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Success in this role hinges on being self-directed, highly organized, and proactive, with a clear understanding of the importance of this position for the overall success of the People & Culture team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate candidate interviews for Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers (phone, video, in-person)
  • Identify potential candidate pipelines, conduct research, and support targeted recruitment activities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing updates on their status, answering inquiries, and scheduling follow-up discussions
  • Assist in developing sourcing strategies, including job postings, candidate pipelining, and pre-qualification techniques
  • Support recruiters in managing job postings and conduct regular searches on various job boards
  • Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to include reporting
  • Support and manage the Internship Program
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc projects, including the Internship Program
  • Oversee the onboarding process from offer letter to new hire integration
  • Perform HR administrative duties
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a team of recruiters or sales professionals
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
