Role Overview:

The Service Coordinator is responsible for a range of tasks focused on client support and CAREGiver management. This position involves aligning our CAREGivers with the schedules and requirements of our clients.

Qualifications:

  • CNA certification (mandatory)
  • Valid Driver's License (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody the core values of Home Instead.
  • Leverage your previous experience and CNA training to create and oversee client care plans utilizing non-medical services within the Home Instead framework.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with clients through quality assurance visits, phone interactions, and special events.
    Conduct quality assurance visits with clients either in person or via phone as per established guidelines and follow up as needed.
  • Oversee, mediate, and document both client and CAREGiver activities, ensuring effective follow-up on assignments and service delivery.
  • Provide guidance to CAREGivers regarding quality concerns post-client visits.
  • Facilitate introductions and training sessions for clients and CAREGivers, including personal care training as scheduled.
  • Accurately enter and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules and records within our software system.
  • Maintain consistent attendance at the office to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Exhibit open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, and CAREGivers.
  • Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Active CNA license (or eligible for renewal).
  • A minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience.
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least three years with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in technology and smart device usage is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
