Key Responsibilities:


Welcomes and identifies visitors, manages incoming phone calls, and monitors visitor activity, promptly reporting any unusual occurrences.

Ensures that all guests sign in and out, and are greeted at the reception area.

Handles incoming telephone inquiries, directing messages to the appropriate personnel and providing general information to callers and visitors.


Performs essential administrative tasks, including copying, faxing documents to various organizations, shredding, and managing daily mail operations.

Ensures compliance with confidentiality laws while providing necessary client information to relevant agencies.

Assists the Representative Payee Manager with referrals from community agencies, including making calls and faxing necessary documents.

Supports the Representative Payee Manager and staff in reporting changes to the Social Security Administration.

Drafts correspondence as requested by the Representative Payee Manager.


Conducts accurate and efficient data entry, including calculations of consumer receipts for reconciliation and auditing purposes.

Maintains organized clinical and administrative filing systems, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client records and memos.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.

1 to 1.5 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative roles, with a preference for experience in the human services sector working with diverse populations.

Proficient in Windows-based applications, including database management tools like Excel.

Typing speed of 50 words per minute and proficiency in 10-key data entry by touch.

Ability to thrive under pressure and interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and willingness to use a properly insured personal vehicle.

Must have TB clearance and certifications in First Aid/CPR/CPI.

Adherence to company ethics, confidentiality standards, HIPAA regulations, safety protocols, and all other organizational policies is essential.
