Position Overview:

The Client Education Coordinator is tasked with delivering comprehensive training to customers on the effective use and maintenance of Xerox Office Technology, which encompasses both hardware and software solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Initiate and schedule training sessions with clients.
  2. Conduct in-depth training on user equipment.
  3. Ensure users are proficient with all Print Driver Functions.
  4. Provide training that enables users to carry out routine maintenance.
  5. Guide clients in performing essential tasks such as meter readings and checking toner levels.
  6. Assist customers in the process of ordering supplies and placing service requests.
  7. Provide supplementary materials for customer reference.
  8. Confirm that training objectives have been successfully achieved.

Salesforce Training:
  1. Organize regular training meetings or seminars focused on Xerox Office Technology for the salesforce.

Self-Training:
  1. Complete all required e-learning modules related to Xerox Office Technology.
  2. Maintain a high level of expertise in each Xerox product.
  3. Stay updated on processes for placing service requests and ordering supplies.
  4. Regularly update knowledge on print driver and software solutions.
  5. Deliver quarterly product presentations for skill assessment.
  6. Prepare weekly reports detailing training activities.

Qualifications:
  • Willingness to undergo training on digital office equipment.
  • Experience with smartphones, laptops, and tablets.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Team-oriented and self-driven.
  • Prior experience with software and hardware updates is preferred.
  • Familiarity with networking and internet connectivity is advantageous.
  • Experience with copiers and printers is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
