Our comprehensive range of products addresses nearly every facet of municipal systems, including pumps, electrical controls, valves, flowmeters, and advanced wastewater treatment technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and collaborate with Contractors, Clients, Suppliers, and Team Members throughout all phases of construction projects to guarantee timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with Sales, Logistics, and Service departments concerning submittals, shop drawings, engineering specifications, quotations, Requests for Information (RFIs), startup procedures, and training sessions.
  • Manage, review, and follow up on project invoices while coordinating with various departments to develop and interpret schedules that ensure timely material delivery.
  • Participate in meetings and provide project-related updates to other departments and management personnel.
  • Conduct onsite assessments of existing conditions and attend coordination meetings with Contractors.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address unique challenges related to all aspects of the project.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a current resident of Hawaii
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management or related fields is REQUIRED.
  • Basic computer proficiency is essential.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and comprehend design and construction plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills are necessary.
