Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers within the assigned territory to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to meet and exceed assigned sales and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Utilize value-added selling processes and negotiation skills to close business and drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with existing sales teams and independent representatives to grow sales in the territory.
