Job Title: Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Territory management of a geographical area
  • Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • New business development and Client acquisition/Account development
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare
Requirements:
  • First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required
  • You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • You have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
  • You're competitive, self-motivated and results driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment
