Position Summary:

The Field Sales Representative plays a crucial role in establishing and nurturing a customer network within the designated area, focusing on the comprehensive range of Kubota Equipment and Deutz Fahr Large Tractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new potential clients to assess how our offerings can fulfill their requirements.
  • Showcase the advantages of our products and the value of our company to prospective customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of new agreements and document interactions with clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the swift resolution of technical inquiries and customer concerns.
  • Participate in industry events, product demonstrations, and relevant meetings.
  • Keep abreast of new product developments from our suppliers and competitors.
  • Inform management of any changes in the market that could impact business performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of equipment as per customer orders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Credit Manager to address any credit or payment discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Prior experience in sales within the turf and tractor industry is preferred.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service aptitude.
