Your New Role As an Inside Sales Representative:

  • Use your expertise with estimating software alongside the Microsoft Office Suite to craft precise and compelling estimates.

  • Work closely with our sales and estimating managers to ensure every bid is profitable, every deal is a growth opportunity, and every client interaction is a stepping stone toward greater success.

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, not just to introduce our services, but to connect them with the innovative solutions that Southern Electric is renowned for.

  • Keep our CRM updated with your activities, monitor key metrics, and analyze bid/sales data to continuously refine our strategies.

  • From the first call to closing the deal, you’ll ensure our clients feel valued and supported every step of the way.

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on outbound sales calls and cold-calling techniques.Ability to create detailed and accurate estimates that align with clients' needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years of relevant experience.
