Culligan Sales Coordinator

Culligan International is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, with a strong ability to work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to provide support and coordinate daily schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm customer satisfaction and schedule follow-up appointments for sales representatives.
- Set appointments, solicit sales or additional services or products, and track results of various sales programs.
- Create routes around scheduled appointments and coordinate mailings.
- Process and respond to all internet and phone inquiries, and track leads/appointment/contracts.
- Schedule and follow up on all removal orders, and complete any other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in administrative duties or similar clerical position.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, as necessary.
