Luna Sales is currently seeking dedicated, enthusiastic Outside Sales Representatives with an entrepreneurial drive.   Luna is an award winning home improvement company featuring quality name-brand carpet and flooring.  We advertise extensively to provide warm leads that offer Outside Sales Representatives the opportunity to run their own business with the support of one of the strongest brands in the flooring industry. 

Luna is an innovator in the Shop-At-Home experience allowing consumers to view flooring samples in the comfort of their own home.  As an Outside Sales Representative (In Home Sales), you will be spending time with customers in their homes to determine their needs, discuss flooring options, and close the sale. 

We are  an award winning  business  experiencing tremendous growth and opportunity   Independent Outside Sales Representatives have an average annual earnings of  $60k-$80k  across our markets with top performers making over $100k.  Luna’s Outside Sales Representatives experience high rewards for strong performance as entrepreneurial independent contractors.

The qualities of successful Outside Sales Representatives include:

  • 1+ years of face-to-face sales experience
  • Strong negotiating, communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to network and self-generate sales
  • High level of self-motivation, sense of urgency and an entrepreneurial drive
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft applications
  • ​Outside Sales Representatives are direct seller independent contractors contracting with 21st Century Sales, LLC dba Luna Sales, and are responsible for their business incorporation, auto insurance, vehicle and other expenses.
