Sales Distribution Director

Job Summary:

As a Sales Distribution Director at Culligan, you will be responsible for contacting customers to confirm satisfaction and scheduling follow-up appointments for sales representatives. You will also contact leads to set appointments, solicit sales or additional services or products, and create routes around scheduled appointments. Additionally, you will track results of various sales programs, including the new homeowners program, and coordinate mailings. Your duties will also include setting appointments and following up on appointments, processing and responding to all internet and phone inquiries, tracking leads/appointments/contracts, and using Salesforce in your day-to-day activities. You will also schedule and follow up on all removal orders and complete any other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
~ High school diploma or equivalent, required. ~ Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred. ~ 2 years of experience in administrative duties or similar clerical position. ~ Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ~ Excellent written and oral communication skills. ~ Strong customer service skills. ~ Must be able to work a flexible schedule, as necessary.
