Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Quality Manager to join our team at WarehouseQuote. As the main operational face between our clients, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution of strategic initiatives, timely delivery, and effective communication.

This role requires a strong ability to build value-added relationships with clients and warehouse partners, as well as a commitment to driving clarity through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the WHQ Operations team to our clients and operational counterparts within our warehouse partner network
  • Display a mastery of the client's business through a holistic review of delivering core services, inventory accountability, workflow management, and project management
  • Drive clarity through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to find innovative ways to drive clarity and growth for the client and WHQ's business

Requirements:

  • Possess the ability to execute on the task at hand with experience, resourcefulness, and collaboration
  • Capable of building valuable relationships with clients
  • 2-5 years of related experience preferred
  • Experience with international or domestic transportation is a plus
