Strategic Account Manager

Slalom is seeking a highly experienced Client Partner, Director to lead our emerging account in Kansas City. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing project delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth of $10MM+ and oversee revenue and utilization goals
- Ensure project delivery quality consistent with Slalom's standards
- Provide guidance, supervision, and coaching to team members
- 10+ years of management/leadership experience in consulting or professional services
- Extensive project delivery experience, including project/program management
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work through adversity
- Previous experience with P&L ownership and revenue targets
