Talent Acquisition Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition Team. This individual will be responsible for developing innovative strategies to proactively identify and attract top-level talent.

The successful candidate will work closely with key executives, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition Partners to deeply understand business needs and build comprehensive sourcing strategies, market insights, and talent pools.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, competitor intelligence, and talent availability, as well as exceptional project management and communication skills.

About the Role

  • Evaluate and enhance our strategic sourcing strategies, drive innovation, and cultivate robust talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Assume a pivotal role as a thought leader in talent sourcing, maintaining deep expertise in best practices, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence that support strategic sourcing
  • Drive a high-touch and proactive approach to strategic sourcing partnerships
  • Provide top of funnel support by identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates for current or future talent needs of the organization
  • Create different/new ways to build talent pools and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs, team functions, and how they fit into the broader company
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help drive business outcomes through talent attraction
  • Represent the Employer Value Proposition to activate passive candidates into our hiring process by building excitement for the opportunities at Clarivate
  • Identify and engage passive candidates using a variety of platforms and techniques
  • Leverage existing tools to manage talent pools, primarily Workday and Phenom

The Talent Acquisition Team consists of recruiting experts who strategically partner with hiring leaders seeking new colleagues to join their teams.
