At WarehouseQuote, we're looking for a Strategic Quality Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our operations, building strong relationships with our clients and warehouse partners, and driving clarity and growth through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our operations team with clients and warehouse partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with our team to find innovative solutions to drive clarity and growth
  • Travel up to 10% of the time, based on business demand

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and warehouse partners
  • Experience with international or domestic transportation is a plus
