Role Overview:
The Senior Commercial Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients, mastering all facets of loan processing to ensure requests are executed accurately within established credit guidelines and departmental protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex commercial loan transactions, including syndications.
  • Monitor delinquencies and assess loan challenges, resolving issues as necessary.
  • Be open to increased responsibilities and engage in process improvement initiatives as directed by management.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of cash, Suspense, and WIP accounts.
  • Verify the accuracy of investor lists against ACBS.
  • Adhere to departmental policies and procedures, ensuring precise data entry.
  • Handle various loan-related tasks, including break funding and manual entries.

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
  • Preferred background in accounting or finance.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive in challenging the status quo and adaptable to change.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, along with effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks, developing schedules, and tracking progress.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Commercial Loan Systems, particularly ACBS, is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; advanced education is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in similar roles.

The estimated salary range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 USD per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for incentive compensation.
