Client Solutions Specialist

Role Summary
We are seeking a Client Solutions Specialist to join our team at CarMax, where you will play a critical role in delivering a world-class customer experience. As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers throughout their car-buying journey.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to determine accurate appraisals and communicate findings to customers
- Manage inventory by receiving and processing vehicles shipped to CarMax, maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of service appointments and review repair orders
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Confidence in self, product, and company, with ability to navigate complex sales situations
- Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives, making informed decisions that drive results
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 - $27.70 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits including paid time off, sick leave, and holidays, to support your career growth and well-being.
