Position Overview


The Hospitality Worker II plays a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences by managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and effectively resolving or escalating any issues that may arise.

The specific duties and responsibilities associated with this role may differ based on the requirements of the Aramark location and the needs of the business.

COMPENSATION:

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $16.00 to $16.00, influenced by factors such as the applicant's qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, previous experience, market trends, and other pertinent considerations.

Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions where applicable.

This reflects Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.


Upon hiring, the employee will be considered in an "at-will position," and Aramark reserves the right to adjust base salary (along with any other discretionary payments or compensation programs) at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, individual performance, team performance, and market conditions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests while proactively anticipating their needs.
  • Provide guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and details about available services and attractions.
  • Manage reservations, rentals, and registration processes.
  • Utilize a register and/or software system to process cash and credit transactions.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, delivering messages as necessary.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, and colleagues.
  • Facilitate the resolution of guest concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in guest services is required.
  • Experience with cash handling is preferred.
  • Exemplary customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are important.
