As a Beverage Service Associate, your responsibilities will include maintaining a tidy and professional workspace at all times. You will serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as food to our patrons.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our menu offerings and beverage preparations. Adhere to all state regulations regarding alcohol service and consumption. Serve hot and cold food to guests promptly.
  • Follow all service protocols, including greeting guests warmly, building rapport, serving, expressing gratitude, and inviting guests to return.
  • Process payments for beverages served. Perform routine cleaning tasks using standard cleaning supplies as directed by your supervisor to meet health standards. Complete end-of-shift reports.
  • Respond to all reasonable requests from management; demonstrate a willingness to assist colleagues with their duties and be a supportive team player.
  • Consistent attendance in line with the standards set by Hilton Grand Vacations is essential for the successful execution of this role.

  • High School Diploma or GED
It would be beneficial for you to possess the following certifications:
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification, to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Food Safety Certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
The hourly compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 to $21.15, depending on experience.
