Position Overview


The Hospitality Worker II plays a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences by managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and effectively resolving or escalating any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities and duties may differ by Aramark location, tailored to client specifications and operational requirements.

COMPENSATION:

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $16.00 to $16.00, influenced by factors such as the applicant's qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, previous work experience, market trends, and other pertinent considerations.

Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions where applicable.

This reflects Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.


Upon hiring, the employee will be in an 'at-will position,' and Aramark reserves the right to adjust base salary (along with any other discretionary payments or compensation programs) at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to individual performance, departmental performance, and market conditions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests while proactively anticipating their needs.
  • Provide guests or travelers with directions, travel details, and information about available services and attractions.
  • Manage bookings, rentals, and registration processes.
  • Utilize a register and/or software system to process cash and credit transactions.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, delivering messages as necessary.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, and colleagues.
  • Facilitate the resolution of guest concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in guest services is required.
  • Experience with cash handling is preferred.
