Regional Business Growth Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Growth Manager to join our team in Central or South Texas. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to potential clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a healthcare or medical equipment industry.
