Job Summary
National HME, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to lead our growth strategy in the South Texas region. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a proven track record of increasing revenue, and the ability to self-generate leads and execute a sales process concurrently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. Previous experience working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional sales plan to increase revenue and census.
  • Generate sales leads through research, cold calling, trade shows, referrals, and other sources.
  • Maintain a balanced pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and utilize a defined sales process.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop compelling presentations and materials.
  • Meet with prospects to develop relationships and showcase National HME's services and capabilities.
  • Collect market and competitor information regarding pricing, service offerings, and new services.
