Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Handling: Accurately process customer transactions through our POS registers, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and priced.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales floor team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
