Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Pacific Advisory Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in coordinating with customers and the moving team to complete necessary documents and prepare shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to complete necessary documents and prepare shipments

• Ensure all documentation relating to shipment is properly completed as required

• Interact closely with the moving team to prepare customer goods for shipment

• Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removal, and loading of customer goods

• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the moving team

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Japanese skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages

• Computer skills, including data entry and the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
