Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Information Representative.

As a Sales and Information Representative, you will be the front-line representative for Ryman Hospitality Properties, providing exceptional customer service to guests calling the call center or visiting one of our box offices.

Responsibilities:

* Represent Ryman Hospitality Properties directly to inquiring customers, effectively communicating knowledge of all Ryman Hospitality Properties businesses and the specific offerings of each attraction.
* Sell, cross-sell, and up-sell to inquiring customers, maximizing sales opportunities and revenue.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current promotions and advertising campaigns.
* Be proficient with ticketing systems used by Ryman Hospitality Properties, ensuring accuracy of input data to provide excellent customer service and minimize errors.
* Work quickly in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and helpful attitude while providing efficient sales service.
* Be knowledgeable of and able to communicate details of all activities occurring in Ryman Hospitality Properties facilities, including private and ticketed events.
* Direct guests to other attractions and events within the city when inquired.
* Perform daily cash-out procedures, balancing tills and sales, following established company guidelines and procedures.
* May be responsible for making outgoing calls to guests to inform them of schedule changes, collect balances due, or for marketing purposes.
* Be familiar with emergency evacuation procedures and assist in quickly moving guests and Ryman Hospitality Properties at least 300 feet from the building.
* Be familiar with ticketing systems and equipment functionality, contacting the appropriate person immediately to report any issues.

Requirements:

* High school diploma required, some higher education preferred.
* One or more years of experience in customer service preferred.
* General computer knowledge and strong communication skills required.
