SevenRooms is seeking a skilled Customer Success Professional to join our North America team. As a key member of our hospitality experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that drive revenue and repeat business for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized guest experience strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of guest experience initiatives
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their guests

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, hospitality, or a related field
