Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Account Manager at SBX. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and developing customized logistics solutions to meet their transportation and distribution needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics services, a passion for sales, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years of outside sales or account management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow revenue within your territory.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and support for your clients.
