We're seeking a highly skilled Logistics Support Specialist to join our team at Total Quality Logistics (TQL). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Becoming a subject matter expert on all administrative tasks related to aligned accounts
  • Documenting and managing tasks in internal systems
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating shipments from pickup to delivery
  • Resolving shipping issues with professionalism
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting billing and payment processing as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ year customer service experience preferred
  • Hall of fame work ethic with excellent attendance history
  • Strong verbal communication skills for face-to-face and phone interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion

About the Role:

As a Logistics Support Specialist at TQL, you will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert in a specific mode of transportation. This role offers numerous opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Salary: $16.50/hour + year-end bonus and merit increases, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000/year, and employee referral bonuses.
