Job Opportunity

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to build a successful career in logistics and transportation sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. You will start with relentless cold calling and lead generation, working towards building your book of business and network of contacts.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports.

Benefits and Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus uncapped commission potential. A comprehensive benefits package, including company match 401K, medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible work arrangements, and generous PTO offering.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to make a high volume of cold calls.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively combined with great follow-up.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports, as well as ability to write reports and professional business correspondence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
