About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Everyday Health Group. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of campaigns, ensuring high performance, and providing regular feedback to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day ad campaign operations, including setup, delivery pacing, performance optimization, and tactical client communication.
  • Participate in the creation of custom marketing programs by providing ad inventory insights, competitive pricing options, proven strategies, and new ideas.
  • Coordinate the launch and execution of each campaign within your portfolio, often managing overlapping project timelines across multiple clients.
  • Ensure client success by tracking performance and making campaign optimizations throughout the flight, communicating in a timely manner with clients and relevant internal teams.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritize 8-12 active clients to maximize the effectiveness of EHG's resources and drive optimum revenue.
  • Update Salesforce with accuracy and attention to detail for your book of business, as well as monthly billing reconciliation and regular internal pacing reporting.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of client service or account management experience, preferably in digital marketing.
  • A proven track record of success building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • A passion for translating data into action and uncovering opportunities in the details.
  • Project management skills with the ability to influence, get buy-in, and leverage internal resources across the organization and at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and desire to learn quickly.
  • A positive attitude that tells your clients you're happy to work with them.
  • Familiarity with display advertising, direct response marketing, affiliate marketing, and/or lead generation.
  • Experience with G Suite, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
