Job Summary

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned sales leader to join White Cap's team as a Regional Sales Director. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue targets within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, providing strategic guidance and holding sales leaders accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Design and implement sales processes to drive high performance, assess team productivity, and inspire aggressive sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to execute company strategy, provide effective coaching to account managers, and emphasize long-term customer relationships and profitability.
  • Develop complex strategic accounts, partnering with internal account teams and external stakeholders to enable successful deal execution and mutual action plans.
  • Communicate data, insights, and recommendations through clear and compelling presentations to leadership.
  • Create a collaborative culture with operations, General Managers, and corporate functions, promoting accountability and inclusion.
  • Develop regional sales strategies aligned with company goals, enhancing market share, profitability, safety, and productivity.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management role with significant business impact.
  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Customer and supplier relationship management skills, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Located in Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York, DC, or Charlotte.
  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Customer and supplier relationship management skills, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and suppliers.
