Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
• Maintain and update office records, including employee records and invoices.
• Handle office expenses and budget management.
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Coordinate office repairs and maintenance as required.
• Manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare meeting rooms and necessary materials, including agendas and presentations.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes as required.
• Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence, including answering queries and redirecting calls.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in office management software, including MS Office and Google Workspace.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field preferred.
