Caregiver Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Coordinator to join our team at Caregiver, Inc. As a Home Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Residential Services Director in validating the quality of residential services provided by Direct Support Professionals. This includes ensuring that DSPs are trained in individual treatment and training plans, submitting grocery lists to the Office Manager, and maintaining supplies needed in assigned group homes. Additionally, you will facilitate on-the-job training for new hires, validate MARS data collection sheets, and ensure timely submission of all required paperwork. Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate the quality delivery of residential services by Direct Support Professionals.
  • Ensure DSPs are trained in individual treatment and training plans.

Requirements:
  • Valid Texas Driver's license and good driving record.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of IDD experience preferred.
