Director of Sales Enablement for Growth

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Sales Enablement to join our team in Boston, MA or Remote. As a key member of our revenue organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that supports our growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, best practice guides, and other enablement materials to support sales teams.
- Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to sales teams.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure alignment on messaging, product updates, and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with marketing to create high-impact presentation decks and case studies.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a directly comparable role.
- Working knowledge of sales tech tools (Salesforce, Gong, Seismic/Highspot) and learning management systems (Docebo, Workramp).
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, methodologies, performance metrics, and sales enablement best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Able to create compelling sales content and training materials.

What We Offer:
- Annual base salary: $150,000 - $185,000 USD
- Annual target bonus: $15,000 - $185,000 USD
