Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients on a daily basis via phone and video calls to assist with the RV repair journey.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot RV-related problems remotely.
  • Generate service orders, request necessary parts, and maintain communication with clients.
  • Leverage technology to track follow-ups on appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve the customer experience.
  • Coordinate with in-store personnel to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor and enhance departmental performance metrics.
  • Provide training and support to fellow technicians.
  • Engage in quarterly training sessions to stay updated.
  • Deliver virtual technical assistance to Bish's technician team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an RV technician.
  • In-depth understanding of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, structural, and propane.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations and phone systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Positive demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
